About Us

Deep Waters Counseling and Consulting Services was founded by

Delois Smith, a highly qualified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with over 38 years of

experience. Her areas of expertise include extensive knowledge as a

leadership team administrator in academic, corporate, religious and

non-profit organizations. She is also an Intercultural Development

Administrator (IDI) with expertise in diversity development.

As a psychotherapist she has the rare and exceptional skill sets of

being able to assess and discern human behavior and strategically

target and implement sustainable change.
